Processing purposes

Online customer data
As part of our business, we store data about our customers in order to fulfill the contract we have entered into with the customer, and to comply with legal requirements.

– Purchased accommodation

We store this information for up to five years in order to comply with Norwegian law on bookkeeping and accounting. We may also store the information for more than five years if there is outstanding payment or active legal disputes.

Business to Business customer data
As part of our business, we store data about our customers to fulfill the contract we have entered into with the customer and to comply with legal requirements. We also store information about our relationships with our partners in order to be able to offer a better service.

– Business affiliation
– Job title
– Telephone number
– E-mail
– Postal address (of the company)
– List of ordered products
– Travel time
– E-mail correspondence regarding orders, contracts and other legal
– Payment information
– Records of purchases made and payment status

We store this information for up to five years in accordance with Norwegian law on bookkeeping and accounting. We may also store the information for more than five years if there is outstanding payment or active legal disputes.
