Radisson Blu Mountain Resort is part of the worldwide Radisson chain. This provides many good guidelines, frameworks and partners for climate and environmental considerations and work in particular.

#FUNFACT food waste in hotels Many people believe that hotel employees eat in the hotel restaurant for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a canteen. BUT the food we eat in the canteen is made from the same ingredients that the guest can enjoy and is prepared by the same chefs who conjure up gastronomy for people on holiday. The difference is that our canteen food is sister cuisine. After raw materials and dishes have had one, two and maybe three variations of use associated with the restaurant, we are lucky to get good and tasty varieties of a last stop for ourselves in the canteen.
