Should you be unlucky enough that something gets in the way of completing your stay, the following cancellation rules apply to our hotel rooms, cabins and apartments:
HOTEL:
- Free cancellation within 12.00pm, 2 days before arrival
- In case of later cancellation, the first day of the reservation will be charged.
CABINS/APARTMENTS:
- Free cancellation within 12.00pm, 14 days before arrival.
- If canceled between 2-14 days before arrival, 50% of the order is charged.
- In case of cancellation later than 12.00pm, 2 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation is charged.
- Advance payment deadline is 30 days before arrival.
PS! If you have signed up for activities and fun organized by other suppliers, these must also be canceled or moved with the same supplier.
Bookings made via third-party channels (such as booking.com) must also be canceled there.
